It can feel tricky trying to get your nutrition on point. With so many different diets available, it can be difficult choosing which type of meal plan best suits your health and fitness goals.

Hands down, if you are ready for a change in how you feel and look, your nutrition has got to be at the top of your priorities. It’s true, you only live once so instead of giving yourself an excuse to indulge to celebrate life, why not shoot for health and feeling amazing! Pretty much EVERYTHING (disease, illness, wellness, anti-aging, skin, motivation) can be attributed to your daily nutrition. We truly are what we eat, and I promise you… you can NOT outtrain a bad diet!

My nutrition counseling helps to remove all the guesswork from what type of plan you should follow. In a series of 1:1 appointments (face-to-face, online or over the phone) we'll identify your concerns and goals, discuss your day-to-day habits, do some helpful food tracking, and design a plan that is completely and uniquely tailored to you.

My Nutrition Counseling Package includes:

  • Initial consultation with actionable step to help get you closer to your goals

  • Getting Back to Basics, reignite (and repair) your metabolism

  • Individual plan based on YOUR individual Macronutrient needs (no “template” cookie cutter plans)

  • Weekly 1:1 check in’s/accountability to make sure you are on track and we are making any necessary adjustments (face-to-face, online or over the phone)

  • Online support/accountability group with other like-minded people

  • Metabolic Testing, option with referral (additional fee)

  • Carb Cycling, option with referral (additional fee)

  • Competition prep, whether or not you ever step on stage (additional fees may apply)
